Romans 10: 14-17
"How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, 'how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!' But they have not all obeyed the gospel. for Isaiah says, 'Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?' So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ."
--- This verse is a constant reminder to me of what a missionary is called to do... I am going to memorize this verse throughout this week

First few days in Africa
* sorry for not posting this---the internet has been broken and is still glitchy
this is from the first few days in Africa
These little beauties memorized scripture of the gospel and ran up to us while we were on a walk to tell us... They ended up following us back to the guest house and playing and painting nails for hours. Nora and Loda(:
5 am sunrise with lukey before everyone was awake...unreal!
Stan dancing and singing with the women choir who were practicing for sunday church(:
touring the peanut butter plant with these fabulous human beings!!! So blessed
Papa Stan making breakfast Friday morning!!!!
Love you all please keep us in your prayers... Malaria is going around- when i didn't think many mosquitos would be out this time of year... thankfully the hospital supplies a lot of the malaria pills and we were able to start taking them the first day( God will bless us in any situation.... Whatever the circumstance(:

1 week away!!!!
We leave for the trip next Monday!!! I have been praying for this trip for almost a year and it has been filled with many twists and turns already! God had his perfect plan in mind and has been making everything fall into place. The original 17 people that was supposed to go dropped down to just Stan, Luke and I... Then all of these last minute people signed up. I'm not kidding Alyssa and Christine signed up a month before!! Now were are the fabulous 8(:
My packing soo farππ
Christine was going on a trip to Haiti and had all of the funds, and unexpectantly her trip was cancelled. I had no idea that her trip was cancelled but I asked her if she could go because God put her on my heart... And what a blessing it will be to have her on the team.
Another insane miracle from The Lord was a huge donation that was literally placed saterday (the day all our money was due) and helped send someone who was really struggling financially!!! I mean if that's not a miracle.. I don't know what is.... GOD IS SOOO GOOD!!! I cannot wait to see what else God has in store for us. If it's anything like what we've seen so far, were probably going to be doing a lot of unplanned missions that God will lay in front of us!!
THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND DONATIONS!! I AM BLOWN AWAY!! I could not have done this without everyone... I am forever grateful, my words can't begin to express the gratitude I have for you all!!
Xoxoxo much love!!!
My next post will be in Africa (:
